Lola Event Staffing Über System

We designed and built a bespoke Über System for Lola Events that enabled them to become the market leader in their sector. The system handles client bookings, staff applications and shifts, contained a comprehensive messaging module and a powerful reporting suite. It also includes an online training application.

Objective

Develop and host a web application that would allow Lola to run their events staffing company online, whilst ensuring that the final solution was kept secure, intuitive and on-brand.

Solution

An extremely powerful web application that allows Lola to manage every aspect of their event staffing business and provides new and existing staff with the ability to register, undertake online training courses, apply to work event shifts and review their payment history. The web application also includes a sales and financial reporting suite providing Lola Events with live performance reports and the ability to integrate with their accounting package. For Lola’s clients the web application provides the ability to manage their upcoming events and generate Lola branded PDF event information packs, which include event shift staff lists. The event staffing system also includes a fully integrated email and SMS messaging system, website CMS and valuable CRM features.
