Lola website and visual identity
A brand identity and website for Lola, a premium event staffing agency. The website delivered exceptional results, tripling the number of daily sales enquiries. The project also included the creation of a sub-brand, Toro, and accompanying website.
Objective
- Increase the number of sales enquiries for Lola through the development of a visual identity and new website
- Create a sub-brand for Lola’s crewing arm, including a separate website
- Integrate both websites with Lola’s bespoke staffing system
Solution
A restrained and highly premium visual identity, designed to sit comfortably alongside those of Lola’s clients, primarily luxury brands with a good deal of history and heritage.
The identity was applied to a high-end website, developed to communicate the brand’s premium aesthetic whilst delivering the maximum possible number of enquiries. This was achieved through meticulous analysis of the site’s different audiences and the subsequent creation of a specific user journey for each audience type, alongside careful placement of relevant calls to action.
We developed a website SEO strategy to ensure that Lola’s natural search listings were retained and improved upon wherever possible, with emphasis on the brand’s most effective keywords.
The site was built on our Über System platform, giving Lola a powerful CMS and complete control over all website content. The site was fully integrated with the powerful staffing system we built for them, delivering a end-to-end solution.
The Toro sub-brand took cues from the Lola identity, but was designed with a more masculine feel in keeping with its intended audience.
Both the Lola and Toro identities were applied to all visual communications including business cards, letterheads, compliment slips, press folders and Microsoft Office templates.
Success
- The number of sales enquiries received by Lola tripled immediately following the launch of the new website
- The website continues to be listed first on Google for its key search terms, including ’Event Staff London’
